1. Interest Free Installment Scheme for Plot. 10% Booking Amount, Balance in 17 equal monthly installments (EMI)

2. Down payment Scheme. 7.5% cash discount for payment within 7 days.

3. Loan from Andhra Bank : The project has been approved by Andhra Bank , which is willing to finance upto 70% of the cost of the bungalow with a loan repayment period of upto 15 years. A home loan entitles you to substantial tax benefits.

We recommend that you to carry your cheque book with you on the site visit itself, so not to miss any opportunity of booking the plot of your choice.

Booking the plot at site entitles you to a special discount of 2% of the total cost.
